## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high operational performance and safety culture, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Maximum 45 years of age at the time of application.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven direct experience in the same role, specifically within the coal mining sector.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
* Mandatory Certifications:
Candidates applying for Positions 1–4 (Superintendent levels) must hold a valid POM (Pengawas Operasional Menengah* / Middle Operational Supervisor) certification.
Candidates applying for Positions 5–10 (Supervisor and Foreman levels) must hold a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama* / First-Line Operational Supervisor) certification.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, sound operational management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Health Requirements: Possession of a valid COVID-19 booster vaccination certificate and fitness to clear full occupational health screenings.
* Process Commitment: Full willingness to complete all selection stages, including rigorous background verification, structured interviews, and a complete Medical Check-Up (MCU).
