Core Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Electronics Engineering (Weak Current).
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding and hands-on capability with Arduino programming and microcontroller module operations.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, those with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly will be given priority.
* Technical Reading: Ability to interpret and analyze schematic diagrams, ranging from basic to intermediate levels.
* Soft Skills: Strong teamwork capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of professional discipline.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacture Engineer Staff, you will play a vital role in our production ecosystem. Your daily duties will include:
1. Hardware Integration: Executing the assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components, with a focus on Arduino and microcontroller-based systems.
2. Quality Assurance: Conducting comprehensive testing and troubleshooting on finished electronic products and prototypes to ensure functional integrity.
3. Operational Support: Assisting in daily workshop production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to strict quality standards.
4. Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep of production equipment and managing inventory levels for electronic components within the workshop area.
5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate technical records, progress reports, and documentation regarding assembly processes and device repairs.
