This position plays a critical role in ensuring that manufactured spring components meet exact specifications, quality benchmarks, and production timelines.
Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in a Technical discipline.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working as a Production Operator within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Drawing Literacy: Capable of reading, interpreting, and applying technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
* Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing precise measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other quality control tools.
