1. Retail Trainer
This role is essential for ensuring our retail staff maintains the highest standards of service and product knowledge.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree.
* Experience: 1–2 years as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in the electric bicycle, automotive, or mobile retail sectors.
* Core Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training modules (sales, product, service, and SOPs), conduct classroom and field training, evaluate performance via pre/post-tests, and provide post-training analysis for continuous improvement.
* Documentation: Ability to generate detailed training reports and manage training administration.
2. General Affair (GA)
The General Affair specialist will oversee the operational logistics and administrative compliance required to keep our business running smoothly.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs.
* Core Responsibilities: Manage company administration and operational support, handle vehicle permit processing, and oversee the registration of electric vehicle documents (STNK).
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills for inter-departmental and agency coordination, and possessing a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is considered an advantage.
3. Supervisor of Retail Performance & Operations
We are seeking a strategic leader to optimize our retail footprint and ensure that our operational standards are met across all outlets.
* Qualifications: Minimum S1 in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, Store Development, or a similar role.
* Core Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership, manage operational costs and timelines, and ensure efficient team performance.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required.
* Mobility: Must be willing to travel for out-of-town assignments. Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in the electric vehicle or automotive retail industries.
