In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our workforce by ensuring that every employee’s compensation journey is handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and adherence to strict timelines.
* Administer comprehensive employee benefits, including BPJS and PPh21 income tax calculations.
* Ensure full compliance with internal company policies and national labor regulations.
* Maintain precise documentation and update payroll databases consistently.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.
Essential Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Minimum GPA of 3.00).
* 2–3 years of professional experience managing end-to-end payroll, including proficiency in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan (E-Dabu) and PPh21 tax (Coretax).
* Deep understanding of national employment laws and compensation structures.
* Exceptional integrity and a high level of accuracy when managing sensitive, confidential employee data.
