## Core Engineering Roles
Our technical teams are the heartbeat of our geothermal operations, ensuring peak performance and safety across all fields.
1. Production Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize production and injection capacity, manage well testing and stimulation programs, and maintain detailed production forecasts.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Geological, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering; at least 2 years of geothermal industry experience.
2. Reservoir Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Develop reservoir production strategies, execute reservoir modeling (natural state and forecasting), and ensure all well-related activities adhere to HSE standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or Physics (or Master’s in Geothermal Engineering); 3+ years of relevant experience.
3. Geochemist
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee geochemical exploration, conduct fluid analysis, monitor scaling and corrosion, and collaborate on well-targeting strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Geological, Chemical, or pure Chemistry; 3+ years of professional geothermal geochemistry experience.
4. Instrument & Control Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Design instrumentation systems, manage project budgets, oversee commissioning processes, and maintain PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Physics, or Instrumentation Engineering; 3+ years of related experience.
5. Mechanical Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design projects, execute QA/QC protocols, and ensure the efficiency of rotating equipment and maintenance engineering.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering; 1–3 years of experience in geothermal projects.
6. Analyst (Laboratory)
* Key Responsibilities: Execute fluid sampling, perform chemical analysis, manage laboratory inventory, and perform instrument calibration.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemistry or Chemical Analysis; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
## Corporate, Legal, and Strategic Roles
Our operational excellence is supported by a robust administrative and strategic framework.
* Management & Operation Auditor: Conduct internal audits, analyze operational risk, and report on internal control effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering/relevant field and up to 3 years of auditing experience.
* Legal & Contract Admin: Mitigate corporate legal risks, provide contract reviews, and manage GCG reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s in Law with at least 2 years of experience.
* Energy Business Staff: Identify expansion opportunities, prepare feasibility studies (FS), and manage partnership schemes. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration with 1–3 years of experience.
* Compliance Staff: Manage corporate licensing, conduct regulatory reviews, and ensure adherence to Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Requires a Bachelor’s in Law, Management, or Economics with at least 3 years of experience.
