## Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our production line, ensuring that our high standards for quality and safety are consistently met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Operational Excellence: Executing production processes strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as established quality and safety benchmarks.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of output to ensure all finished products align with company specifications.
* Goal Achievement: Working efficiently to hit daily and weekly production targets set by the management team.
* Workplace Standards: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times to facilitate smooth operations.
## Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following attributes and skills:
* Demographics: Female, aged between 18 and 25 years.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience in housing or crimping is a significant advantage, though fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Aptitude: Must not be colorblind and must demonstrate proficiency in using basic measurement tools.
* Physical Fitness: Must possess the physical stamina and health required for continuous production tasks.
* Logistics: Preference is given to candidates residing in East Cikarang and the surrounding areas.
* Soft Skills: High levels of personal discipline, a strong sense of responsibility, and the drive to work toward set production targets.
