## Available Vacancies and Qualifications
PT Fajar Anugerah Dinamika is currently hiring for various departments to support its expanding operational requirements. Below are the details regarding the available positions and the mandatory qualifications.
1. Engineering Department
* Positions: Mine Plan Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, and Survey Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Section Head, and 2 years for Group Leader roles.
* Must hold a POP certification (all roles) and JUT certification (for Survey Group Leader).
* Proven ability in data analysis and system development.
* Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software.
* Willingness to travel to all operational sites.
2. Plant Department
* Positions: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructor, Track Group Leader, Wheel Group Leader, and Tyre Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant capacity.
* Possession of a POP certification is mandatory.
* TOT and Assessor certifications are required for the Plant Instructor position.
* Strong data analytical skills and technical proficiency in standard office software.
3. Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Department
* Positions: SHE Mining & Operational Control Section Head, SHE System Evaluation Training Section Head, SHE Mining & Operational Control Group Leader, Safety Environment Group Leader, and SHE Data Evaluation Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or relevant studies.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Heads, and 1 year for Group Leaders.
* Must hold POP, ISMKP, and AK3U certifications.
* Strong capability in system implementation and analytical reporting.
4. Production Department
* Positions: Production Section Head, Drill & Blast Section Head, Production Group Leader, and Drill & Blast Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology, or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Heads, and 2 years for Group Leaders.
* Mandatory POP certification; KJL 2 certification required for Drill & Blast roles.
* Competence in data analysis, system management, and office software.
