We are actively recruiting for various departments to strengthen our operational capabilities. Below are the available positions and their respective requirements.
1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Section Head roles; 2 years for Group Leader roles.
* Must hold POP certification (for all) and JUT certification (for Survey positions).
* Proven proficiency in data analysis, system development, and relevant industry software.
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Infrastructure Track Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Possession of POP certification, as well as TOT and Assessor certifications (for specific roles).
* Strong technical background in system management and data analytics.
3. Operation Department
* Role: External Relation Section Head.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sociology, HR Management, Law, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in managing external relations and conflict resolution.
* Expertise in corporate communication and administrative software.
4. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department
* Role: SHE Section Head.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Must hold POP, ISMKP, and AK3U certifications.
* Strong ability to drive safety systems and analyze operational data.
5. OTD (Organization & Training Development) Department
* Roles: OTD Section Head, Instructor.
* Requirements:
* Education: D3/S1 for Section Head; High School/Vocational equivalent for Instructor.
* Minimum 5 years of instructor experience (Section Head) or 3 years of relevant operational experience (Instructor).
* Must hold POP and TOT certifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Production Department
* Roles: Production Section Head, Production Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years of experience (Section Head); 2 years (Group Leader).
* Valid POP certification is mandatory.
* Strong capability in production data management and reporting.
