## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary representative for Esin Group in Indonesia. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker capable of advising international clients, fostering business growth, and bridging communication between our local and overseas offices.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead both online and in-person consultations, manage the end-to-end proposal and contract process, and ensure seamless payment coordination.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to foreign investors regarding PT PMA (foreign-owned company) incorporation, business visa procurement, and office leasing solutions.
* Business Growth: Proactively identify and secure new opportunities, targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multinational corporations to drive revenue.
* Operational Leadership: Manage the successful setup of the Jakarta branch, including infrastructure and logistics, while establishing KPIs to monitor branch performance.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Maintain strong ties with our teams in Singapore and China to ensure global service alignment.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate a network of local partners and vendors to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support our Chinese-speaking clientele.
* Proficiency in professional English for international stakeholder interaction.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client advisory, preferably within the corporate services or consulting sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business regulations, specifically regarding PT PMA and immigration processes.
## 2. Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager will be responsible for the financial integrity of our client portfolios and our internal operations. You will ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations while building a high-performing local finance team.
Core Responsibilities
* Compliance Management: Oversee monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and investor reporting for PT PMA clients to ensure total regulatory adherence.
* Internal Oversight: Manage the accounting operations for our internal Bali-based group entities.
* Financial Facilitation: Assist clients with bank account openings and serve as the primary liaison between clients and financial institutions.
* Process Development: Create and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Team Leadership: Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for the local accounting staff.
* Global Reporting: Collaborate with Singapore headquarters to ensure financial reporting accuracy and consistency across the entire group.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing within a corporate services environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
