We are searching for a creative individual who breathes social media and understands how to capture an audience's attention.
* Key Responsibilities: Creating and editing high-quality video content for TikTok and Instagram.
* Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
* Confidence in front of the camera; public speaking or hosting experience is a plus.
* Experience in video editing for personal or professional projects.
* Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and current trends.
## 2. Digital Marketing Ads (Entry Level)

* Key Responsibilities: Executing digital marketing strategies, managing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Cpass), and analyzing campaign performance.
* Requirements:
* Previous internship experience in social media or e-commerce paid advertising.
* Ability to develop creative ad briefs and analyze conversion metrics.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment during high-traffic campaign periods like "Double Date" or payday sales.

* 1–2 years of experience in PR, Marcomm, or KOL management within the beauty sector.
* Proven track record in managing influencer relationships and brand activations.
* Strong analytical skills to measure budget effectiveness and brand perception.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional projects.
## 5. PID Executive (Product Innovation & Development)
If you have a technical background and a love for beauty innovation, join our development team to bring new products to life.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the product development lifecycle, from concept and timeline management to negotiating with manufacturers.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Communication, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
* At least 6 months of product development experience in the beauty industry.
* Strong project management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
