## Current Graduate Development Program Openings
We invite qualified fresh graduates (up to two years post-graduation) to apply for the following roles. Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in English, and strong technical competency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel with Visual Basic).
1. Production Engineer
* Requirements: D4/S1 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive cross-functional continuous improvement and resolve production bottlenecks.
* Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
* Analyze production metrics such as DPMO, rework rates, and capacity.
* Maintain shop floor documentation and conduct training on new protocols.
* Provide technical support for specialized transformer designs.
2. Planning Specialist
* Requirements: D4/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage MRP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Collaborate with procurement, design, warehouse, and finance departments.
* Create and oversee project work schedules from initial PO to final handover.
* Align production planning with current capacity and contractual deadlines.
* Ensure all material and process statuses strictly adhere to production requirements.
3. Testing Engineer
* Requirements: S1 degree in Electrical Engineering; active participation in organizational activities is preferred.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare transformers for rigorous electrical testing.
* Perform routine, type, and special tests under expert supervision.
* Ensure control panels are calibrated and fully operational.
* Interface with inspectors to explain testing procedures during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
* Assist in technical investigations and the preparation of comprehensive test reports.
4. Quality Control Engineer
* Requirements: S1 degree in Electrical Engineering; active participation in organizational activities is preferred.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily quality control inspections across manufacturing processes.
* Detect and document deviations or non-conformance in products.
* Verify that product packing meets all safety and quality standards.
* Support initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product quality.
