Key Qualification Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of work experience.
* Age: Maximum 25 years old at the time of application.
* Status: Must not be currently enrolled in any academic or postgraduate programs.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at our operational sites in West Kalimantan.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular, campus, or community involvement, paired with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
## The Graduate Trainee Roadmap
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive development journey designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industrial operations:
1. Bintalfisdis: Intensive mental, physical, and disciplinary training to prepare for professional life.
2. In-Class Training: Rigorous theoretical sessions to build a foundation in plantation management.
3. On-the-Job Training: Hands-on practical experience in the field under the mentorship of industry experts.
4. Graduation: Official appointment and placement within the company structure.
