Corporate Support Functions
* Learning & Development: Assist in training coordination, material design, and digital learning initiatives.
* Recruitment: Support end-to-end talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.

* Farm Data Digitalization: Sync agricultural data and optimize digital monitoring tools.
Agricultural Research and Production

* Quality Assurance: Refine germination techniques and optimize quality control workflows.
* Breeding: Participate in plant hybridization, biotechnology applications, and farm management.

## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the EWINDO Seed Program, candidates should align with the following standards:
1. Academic Status: Must be an active university student or a recent graduate in a field relevant to the chosen department (e.g., Agriculture, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, etc.).
2. Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3–6 month internship program as specified by the department.
3. Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Additional skills in specific design software, coding languages (Laravel, CSS, jQuery), or data visualization tools are highly advantageous.
4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
