## General Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience Level: Open to exceptional Fresh Graduates as well as professionals with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Language Proficiency: Strong working proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Core Competencies: Possess a sharp technical, mathematical, and analytical mindset.
* Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in electronic design software (including Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice) alongside solid expertise in Embedded Systems.
* Project Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with managing electronic projects, including electronic design, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layouts, component analysis, and circuit simulations.
