To support our commitment to excellence and legal integrity, we are currently seeking a qualified Registration Staff member to manage our product licensing and regulatory workflows.
## About the Role: Registration Staff
The successful candidate will serve as the primary link between our manufacturing excellence and the legal standards required for market distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring that every product we manufacture meets the stringent requirements of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM).
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle the end-to-end lifecycle of product registration, including:
* Dossier Preparation: Compiling and organizing all necessary technical documentation for new product registrations, license renewals, and variations in product formulations.
* Regulatory Submission: Managing the official submission process to BPOM in strict accordance with the latest government regulations and industry standards.
* Document Management: Developing and maintaining a systematic archive of all registered product certificates and regulatory records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance during audits.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a professional who possesses a blend of industry experience and administrative precision. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of experience specifically in regulatory registration within the cosmetics industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with the BPOM registration portal and the administrative procedures required for cosmetic licensing.
* Location: Ideally domiciled in or around the Tangerang area to ensure a manageable commute.
* Added Value: A foundational understanding of Halal assurance systems and certification processes will be considered a significant advantage.
