## Role Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing cycle, ensuring that our high-quality products are processed, packaged, and prepared for delivery with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Execution: Manage the end-to-end filling and packing processes for our diverse range of coating products.
* Operational Readiness: Coordinate the setup and preparation of essential equipment, including industrial pumps, mixing tanks, and labeling machinery.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct accurate calculations of filling outputs, ensuring that all finished products meet our strict internal standards for quality and quantity.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) with a focus on Science (IPA) or Technical fields.
