## Current Opening: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Chocomory’s products meet the high expectations of our customers. You will work within our production facilities to maintain operational efficiency and uphold strict quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operate production machinery in accordance with established work instructions.
* Maintenance: Ensure that all production equipment and designated workspaces are well-maintained and kept in optimal condition.
* Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning of production areas and tools to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the 5R methodology, and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Take full responsibility for the quality of the products handled during your shift.
* Performance: Consistently work toward achieving established production targets.
* Reporting: Provide clear and accurate reports on work results to the Production Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the food production industry. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
