## Current Opening: Full-Time Barista

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for the Barista position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent). Applicants must have completed their studies and are not currently enrolled in school.
* Experience: Prior professional experience working as a barista in a coffee shop setting is required.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a high level of integrity, disciplined work habits, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating commercial coffee machinery.
* Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to function effectively both as a collaborative team member and as an independent worker.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for:
* Crafting Beverages: Preparing and serving a wide array of high-quality coffee and non-coffee drinks.
* Customer Service: Delivering premium service and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting for every guest.
* Sales Excellence: Actively promoting products through up-selling and cross-selling techniques to drive store growth.
* Operational Precision: Handling financial transactions accurately at the point of sale (cashier duties).
* Maintenance: Ensuring the workspace remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times to uphold brand standards.
