## The Role: HSE Staff
As an HSE Staff member at BMI, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and productive environment. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our workplace culture and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Safety Implementation: Proactively execute and oversee company-wide Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies, alongside comprehensive environmental protection protocols.
* Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections to ensure the workspace remains hazard-free, identifying potential risks before they escalate.
* Incident Handling: Manage any workplace accidents, perform thorough investigations, and compile detailed incident reports to prevent recurrence.
* Education and Training: Lead safety workshops and instruct personnel on the correct and effective use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure full alignment with current national and international HSE laws and industry regulations.
## Required Qualifications
We are seeking professionals who combine technical expertise with a proactive mindset. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* Certification: Possession of a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certificate is mandatory.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HSE workflows, environmental management systems, and local legislative requirements.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated competence in AutoCAD.
* Professional Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining operational accuracy.
* A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team.
