* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical precision and mine planning.
* FGDP – Production: Dedicated to efficient mining operations and output management.
* FGDP – Plant: Specialized in the maintenance and management of heavy machinery.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Engineering & Production Roles: Graduates from Mining Vocational High Schools (SMK), or Bachelor’s degree holders in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* Plant Roles: Graduates from Mechanical Engineering Vocational High Schools (SMK), or Bachelor’s degree holders in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Essential Qualities: Applicants must be in excellent physical and mental health, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate natural leadership potential.
* Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have completed the third dose (booster) of the Covid-19 vaccine.
* Location Preference: Priority is given to applicants currently residing in East Kalimantan.
* Availability: Candidates must be able to attend the in-person selection process held in Samarinda.
* Work Location: The final placement for these positions will be at our site in Kaubun, East Kutai.
