## About the Role: Project Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing operations. In this role, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our solar development projects, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of administrative and operational duties designed to keep our projects running efficiently. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Data Management: Oversee, organize, and ensure the absolute accuracy of all project-related data collections.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and compile vital project documents, meeting minutes (MOM), and comprehensive financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with external partners, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on overall project milestones and material deliveries to guarantee that all deliverables meet strict quality standards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to align project requirements and streamline documentation processes.
