## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in lathe machining, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing workflow, ensuring that every component meets our strict quality benchmarks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Machining Operations: Executing lathe machining processes accurately based on official Work Orders (WO) and detailed engineering drawings.
* Quality Control: Conducting thorough dimensional and visual inspections of finished turned parts to guarantee compliance with specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine daily machine checks and executing preventative maintenance to keep all equipment and processing tools in optimal condition.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this technical role, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in machining and adhere to our eligibility criteria:
* Age & Gender: Male applicants aged a maximum of 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, as well as Job Order workflows.
* Comprehensive understanding of lathe cutting tools and insert utilization.
* Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings accurately.
* Proficiency in utilizing various precision measurement instruments.
* Preferred: Demonstrated capability in creating cycle programs and utilizing CAM software (such as Mastercam).
* Soft Skills: High working motivation, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
* Health & Compliance: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Cikarang, West Java.
