## Core Responsibilities of the Supervisor Development Program
As an SVDP participant, you will be placed at the heart of daily plant operations. Your primary objective is to bridge technical execution with floor-level leadership, ensuring that production lines run safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
Key daily duties include:
* Output Optimization: Closely oversee and monitor overall production output across your assigned shift to guarantee targets align seamlessly with master planning schedules.
* Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Swiftly identify operational bottlenecks, analyze defects, and mitigate waste within your shift to continuously improve manufacturing yields.
* Safety & Workplace Standards: Drive the implementation of rigorous safety protocols and champion 5R workplace organization methodologies to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
