## Open Position: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our production department. This role is essential in ensuring our chemical plants operate at peak efficiency while maintaining our commitment to superior quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Safely operate machinery and production equipment in strict adherence to established operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor production output to promptly identify, isolate, or reprocess any non-conforming items.
* Data Documentation: Maintain meticulous daily logs of production metrics and operational parameters to facilitate comprehensive performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow and minimize downtime.
* Compliance: Execute production tasks in alignment with scheduled timelines, volume targets, cost-management goals, and waste-reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma in Chemical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Location Flexibility: A confirmed willingness to be based permanently in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
