## The Role: Warehouse Admin
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to join our Karawang facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, ensuring that our supply chain operates with the precision and compliance required by international pharmaceutical standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Data Integrity: Manage and update all incoming and outgoing stock records with high precision.
* Documentation Excellence: Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive warehouse reports and shipping documentation.
* Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse activities in seamless collaboration with internal departments.
* Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, along with quality standards and warehouse management procedures.
* Inventory Control: Monitor real-time stock availability and perform consistent cycle counts and physical stock audits.
* System Proficiency: Utilize advanced ERP systems, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure accurate data entry.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following credentials:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of supply chain logistics.
3. Technical Expertise:
* Practical knowledge of material handling procedures (receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping) under strict GMP/CPOB standards as regulated by BPOM and the Ministry of Health.
* Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical industry equipment and manufacturing processes.
* Rigorous attention to detail regarding pharmaceutical documentation standards.
4. Software and Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in MS Office and high-level fluency in English.
