## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As our Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining harmonious workplace dynamics, managing legal affairs, and bridging communication between management and workforce representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal procedures effectively.
* Oversee union and employee relations to foster a collaborative working environment.
* Draft precise legal opinions and legal standings.
* Review and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Handle external governmental relations, specifically with the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI*).
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both written and oral.
* Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within the manufacturing sector.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Willing to be based at our Gempol Plant located in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competences
* Comprehensive understanding of litigation and non-litigation frameworks.
* Proven capability in drafting legal documents, opinions, and MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality assurance protocols, guarantee product safety, and ensure seamless compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop annual internal audit schedules and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
* Compile and recapitulate monthly and quarterly internal audit findings.
* Coordinate cross-functional departments to address and resolve audit findings.
* Execute thorough internal audits to strictly enforce product safety policies.
* Facilitate preparation and support for pre-external audit inspections.
General Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
* Fully bilingual proficiency in English (oral and written).
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance internal auditing within a manufacturing setting.
* Ready to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competences
* Deep familiarity with internal auditing principles based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Specialized knowledge in BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
