As a Branch Manager, you will serve as the primary leader of your assigned location, driving operational excellence and ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards of quality and student satisfaction.

* Supervise and train students within the physical preparation program.

* Generate regular performance and progress reports.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) or a closely related field.
* Prior experience training candidates for military or police academies is considered a strong advantage.
* Comprehensive understanding of the selection processes for AKPOL, AKMIL, and official state schools.
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* High energy, strict discipline, and strong communication skills.
Working Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB.
