## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at Agrinesia, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing lifecycle. You will work hands-on to ensure that our signature treats are crafted to perfection.
Key Duties:
* End-to-End Manufacturing: Oversee and execute the complete pastry and cake production process from raw ingredients to the final packaged product.
* Operational Execution: Follow daily instructions and workflow directives provided by the Team Leader while strictly maintaining 5R workplace organization standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
* Efficiency and Accuracy: Complete all production targets swiftly, accurately, and with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with strict internal quality and safety standards.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
