## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background:
* For Production Control and Logistic roles: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major is acceptable.
* For QC Staff: A Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is required for all departments.
* Skill Set: Candidates must possess strong analytical capabilities, effective problem-solving skills, and the initiative to continuously grow professionally.
* Communication: A high level of English proficiency and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
* Operational Readiness: Applicants must be able to commence work immediately. Additionally, candidates for the QC position must be comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
