The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) serves as a vital pillar of local government, dedicated to managing public information, advancing digital infrastructure, and enhancing community digital literacy. To support our mission for the 2025 Fiscal Year, particularly regarding data-driven insights, we are officially opening recruitment for Field Enumerators to conduct Household Consumption Cost Surveys.
## Position Overview
We are seeking 20 dedicated individuals to join our statistical support team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data collection, which directly informs regional development policies and public services.
* Position: Field Enumerator / Data Collector
* Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) – All majors are welcome to apply.
* Total Openings: 20 positions.
## Core Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high quality of our data collection efforts, candidates must meet the following general criteria:
* Eligibility: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) who adheres to the national constitution. Applicants must not currently hold status as a PPPK, CPNS, civil servant, or member of the TNI/Polri.
* Personal Attributes: Maintain a professional appearance, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate high integrity. We value individuals who are creative, innovative, and maintain a strong work ethic.
* Adaptability: Candidates must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet strict project deadlines, and function well both independently and within a team environment.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to facilitate field operations.
Specific Requirements
* Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years old as of December 31, 2025.
* Residency: Preference will be given to candidates residing in the designated districts (Kecamatan).
* Experience: Prior field experience is highly preferred; please provide a portfolio or a formal letter of employment verification.
## Application Process and Required Documentation
Applicants are required to submit a formal application letter addressed to the Head of the Department of Communication and Informatics of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The document should be typed in Arial font (12pt, 1.5 spacing) and signed over a Rp 10,000 stamp duty.
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A comprehensive document detailing personal identity, educational background, professional history, and training.
2. Statement of Readiness: A formal document confirming your willingness to be placed and work within the assigned sub-districts.
3. Credential Proofs: Scanned copies of your degree diploma and official academic transcript, verified by authorized officials.
4. Identity Verification: A copy of your National ID (KTP).
5. Photography: A recent 4x6 photograph with a red background.
Note: Once selected, candidates must provide a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK), a drug-free certification from a medical authority, and a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
