We are currently recruiting dedicated individuals for our Customer Service department. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring our customers receive the best support possible.
* Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any field.
* Technical Literacy: A strong interest in and understanding of the latest gadgets and telecommunications technology.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
* Mobility: Possession of personal transportation is required.
* Residency: Must be domiciled in the BSD area.
* The successful candidate will be based at our office in BSD, South Tangerang.
