Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.80.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to two years of relevant professional experience are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of Wilmar’s palm oil plantation sites throughout Indonesia.
