## Open Position: Quality Control (QC) Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Operator to oversee our production lines. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that every product meets our stringent corporate standards regarding food safety, quality, and halal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring production line activities to ensure consistent quality output.
* Enforcing strict adherence to food safety protocols.
* Maintaining documentation related to halal integrity throughout the production process.
* Performing regular inspections to verify product compliance with company benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a high school degree in Chemical Analysis (SMAK) or a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3-S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with previous field experience in QC within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sectors.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the Halal Assurance System (SJH), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles is highly advantageous.
* Software Proficiency: Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Personal Attributes: Applicants must be disciplined, meticulous, honest, and responsible. We value individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and maintain high levels of physical stamina for production environments.
## General Requirements for Applicants
