We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Staff member to join our HR team based in Karawaci, Tangerang. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and talent acquisition strategies of a renowned educational institution.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our talent acquisition lifecycle. Your primary duties will include:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process, from initial sourcing and candidate screening to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding experience.
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively attracting top-tier talent using LinkedIn, professional job boards, social media networks, and direct industry outreach.
* Candidate Assessment: Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for our university's values and academic standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the bridge between candidates and hiring managers to streamline the interview process.
* Reporting and Administration: Maintaining an organized talent pipeline, providing regular updates to management, and supporting essential HR administrative functions.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following expertise:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, specifically within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various job functions.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
* Adaptability: The ability to excel within a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Preferred Assets: Previous experience working within a headhunting firm or recruitment agency, and a strong command of the English language.
