## About the UMGG Program
The UMGG Program is a prestigious one-year initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. We are seeking five high-potential trainees to join our Finance, Digital Ops, eCommerce, and Strategic Distribution teams.
This program offers a tailor-made development journey, providing participants with the mentorship and practical experience required to fast-track their professional growth. Exceptional performers can anticipate transitioning into managerial positions within just three to four years of joining the team.
## General Requirements for Applicants
We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who live and breathe music. To be considered for any of the streams, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Currently in your final semester of university or a recent graduate with less than one year of post-graduation experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative team-player mindset, and a spirit of entrepreneurship.
* Professional Polish: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
* Operational Excellence: The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational capabilities.

## Available Trainee Streams
The UMGG program offers four distinct pathways, each requiring specialized educational backgrounds and skill sets:
1. Digital Operations

* Preferred Degrees: Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in statistical software, familiarity with music streaming platforms (Spotify, TikTok, Apple Music, etc.), and a strong grasp of social media analytics.
2. eCommerce
* Focus: Driving digital consumer engagement and online merchandising.
* Preferred Degrees: Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
