We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles across our various operational hubs.
1. General Affair & Environment Specialist (East Jakarta)
This role is vital for maintaining our operational excellence and environmental compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee general facility services, including security, cleaning, and maintenance; monitor environmental regulations (KLHK) and water quality (IPAL); manage emission, noise, and waste data; and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; deep understanding of Indonesian environmental laws; certification in PPA, PPU, or B3 Waste Management is highly preferred.
2. HR System & Development (East Jakarta)
Join our Human Resources team to shape our organizational structure and talent development strategies.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage organizational structure, job analysis, and job descriptions; coordinate divisional budgets; and support the implementation of new HRM systems.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering; excellent communication and analytical skills; professional proficiency in English; experience in HR development and budget controlling is a plus.
3. Area Part Development (Cibitung, West Java)
Ensure our market leadership by managing the supply chain and dealer performance for spare parts.
* Key Responsibilities: Achieve annual sales targets; monitor inventory levels and dealer performance; conduct regular field visits to network partners; and analyze sales data to refine distribution strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management; mastery of MS Office and data analysis; fluent in English; possesses both SIM A (manual transmission) and SIM C licenses; willing to travel extensively.
4. Logistic Operation Staff (Karawang)
Support our fast-paced distribution network through efficient administrative and logistics management.
* Key Responsibilities: Generate delivery picking lists and shipping documents; compile operational reports for the Karawang Distribution Center; and ensure all logistics processes align with ISO quality standards.
* Requirements: D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Logistics Management; experienced in depot operations; high attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
5. Digital Platform Staff (East Jakarta)
Drive our digital transformation by optimizing our online presence and user engagement.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze digital platform performance; manage promotional assets; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance application features; and generate actionable insights for management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Business, or Communications; minimum 1 year of experience in digital platform management or e-commerce; passion for the motorcycle industry; proficient in data analytics; content creation experience is a significant advantage.
