## Manufacturing and Technical Positions
1. Bagging Operator (Soap)
* Core Responsibilities: Manage product movement from production to the warehouse, operate bagging machinery to meet productivity targets, execute SAP production confirmations, and maintain strict housekeeping and quality standards.
* Requirements: High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Science. Experience in production or packaging is preferred; basic SAP knowledge is a plus.
2. Technical Operator (Fatty Alcohol)
* Core Responsibilities: Monitor plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous process improvements.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Prior experience in Fatty Alcohol plants is highly valued.
3. Technical Operator (Tank Farm)
* Core Responsibilities: Manage loading activities for isotanks and flexibags, oversee bulk liquid handling, and ensure all dispatch operations comply with safety protocols.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Must have experience in tank farm operations and liquid product logistics.
4. Technical Operator (Dove)
* Core Responsibilities: Ensure reliable manufacturing in the Dove production area by monitoring process parameters, managing making/finishing cycles, and adhering to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong operational discipline and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) are required.
## Leadership and Management Roles
5. Team Leader (Natural Surfactant)
* Core Responsibilities: Oversee shift manufacturing, including Amidoamine, Betaine, and Distillation units. Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and SOPs.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Engineering or Physics with at least 3 years of experience in chemical plant operations.
6. Operation Governance Assistant Manager
* Core Responsibilities: Establish systems for KPI management, lead Management of Change (MOC) initiatives, and ensure reporting transparency across the plant.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s (S1) in Chemical or Industrial Engineering with 5+ years of experience. Fluency in English is mandatory.
7. Safety Downstream Assistant Manager
* Core Responsibilities: Champion a robust safety culture, lead environmental management programs, and oversee contractor and process safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of SHE experience in an industrial setting.
8. Process Engineer (Downstream) Assistant Manager
* Core Responsibilities: Drive efficiency and productivity through process optimization, troubleshoot operational challenges, and manage new installation projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering with 3+ years of experience in process engineering.
