Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the TMTP 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a formal service bond (Ikatan Dinas) for a period of 2.5 years.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our remote operational sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.
