## Open Positions and Job Specifications
1. Tax Associate
This role is essential for maintaining our fiscal health and regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and 25; oversee VAT processes; handle tax filings via e-SPT; and support internal/external audit requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; solid grasp of PPh & PPN; proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
2. Purchasing & Importation Associate
Manage our complex supply chain and ensure seamless international trade operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Handle price negotiations; monitor vendor performance (OTIF); manage Accounts Payable; and execute end-to-end import/export customs clearance (PIB/PEB).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, or Engineering; 1–3 years of experience; certification in customs/export-import; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
3. Technical Officer
Provide critical technical support to ensure our engineering solutions operate at peak efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot ETR/EMR/TI cases; conduct site investigations with principals; provide installation guides; and evaluate units for repair recommendations.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Engineering; open to fresh graduates; strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
4. Management Trainee (MT) – Marketing & Sales Site Department Head
Develop your leadership potential by driving growth and customer engagement.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage site revenue targets, develop promotional strategies, optimize inventory levels, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
* Requirements: Engineering degree; data-driven mindset; excellent communication skills; eager to grow within a leadership track.
5. Management Trainee (MT) – Supervisor
Oversee mechanical operations and ensure the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate mechanic teams, monitor overhaul and fabrication processes, and conduct training programs to ensure SOP compliance.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Electrical Engineering; deep knowledge of preventive maintenance; proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
6. Business Consultant
Serve as the primary bridge between our engineering solutions and our valued clients.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales for heavy equipment attachments; analyze customer requirements; negotiate proposals; and identify new business opportunities.
* Requirements: Engineering degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; possess strong business acumen and a target-oriented mindset.
7. After Sales Consultant
Maximize customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive aftermarket support.
* Key Responsibilities: Offer spare parts and remanufactured components; develop sales strategies; manage payment monitoring; and expand our regional customer database.
