## Job Role and Responsibilities
As an Assembly Operator at PT. TOSO Industry Indonesia, you will play a vital role on our production floor. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around assembling high-quality window decoration components while strictly adhering to our rigorous Japanese manufacturing and safety standards.
Key daily duties include:
* Operating production machinery and assembly equipment efficiently.
* Inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet our strict quality control benchmarks.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company protocols.
* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve daily output targets.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit with our operational standards, applicants must meet the following mandatory qualifications:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 27 years or younger.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA or equivalent).
* Experience: Prior experience as an assembly operator is advantageous; however, enthusiastic fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Health & Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Vision Standards: Must be completely free from color blindness and must not wear glasses (no history of minus, plus, or cylindrical prescriptions).
