Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Operating and monitoring equipment within the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Makeup Water Plant, Electro-Chlorination Plant, and the Sea Water Intake area.
* Coordinating seamlessly with the WTP/WWTP Control Room to ensure real-time communication.
* Ensuring that all systems function in strict accordance with safety protocols and operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a D3 degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Conversion Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a power plant operation role is preferred, though high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Foundational understanding of water treatment systems and chemistry.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical components, including rotating equipment, bearings, and hydraulic systems.
