## Job Opportunity: Technical Trainer – Factory
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Trainer to join our factory operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workforce remains highly skilled, safe, and efficient.
Core Responsibilities
* Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive technical training programs tailored to factory personnel.
* Technical Instruction: Deliver expert training on machinery, heavy equipment, maintenance protocols, and complex factory technical processes.
* Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness and measure the ongoing competency levels of all participants.
* Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps on the factory floor and develop targeted training solutions to bridge these gaps.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments to align training initiatives with operational goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor program outcomes and suggest refinements to ensure training modules remain relevant and effective.
Essential Qualifications
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in technical training, maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of production machinery, maintenance best practices, and standard factory operational processes.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to identifying and addressing operational issues.
* Work Ethic: Capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong synergy within a collaborative team environment.
## Employment Details
* Placement Location: Secang, Central Java.
* Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
* Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
Note: Flexibility for training sessions or special activities on Sundays may be required.*
