## Core Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in the same role within an EPC project environment, specifically focusing on Oil & Gas or Geothermal sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory for clear communication across our global project teams.
* Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our Head Office or directly on-site at various project locations.
