## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Mobility (For Pickup Roles): Must possess personal transportation and the relevant valid licenses (SIM C for motorcycle roles; SIM A for car roles).
* Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
