1. Warehouse Administration Staff
This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems.
* Male, maximum 27 years old.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree holder.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in warehousing.
* Possess an active Forklift Operating License (SIO).
* Strong understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodologies.
* Proficient in MS Office and general computer operations.
* Strong numerical aptitude and clear color vision.
* Manage the intake of imported and local goods, ensuring documentation aligns with shipping manifests.
* Input incoming inventory data into the company system.
* Coordinate the transfer of goods between storage, inspection, and production zones.
* Conduct routine cycle counts and comprehensive stock opname to maintain system accuracy.
* Enforce daily 5S standards within the warehouse environment.
2. Warehouse Operator
Our warehouse operators are the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that parts are handled with precision.
* Male, maximum 27 years old, holding an SMK diploma (all majors).
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse setting.
* Comprehensive knowledge of FIFO principles.
* Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent numerical skills and no color blindness.
* Repackaging alloy wheels, tires, and child parts.
* Assisting in the supply of materials to the production line.
* Performing pre-loading inspections and assisting in container unloading.
* Maintaining 5S standards in the workspace and performing regular inventory counts.
3. Production Operator
We are seeking entry-level candidates eager to start their careers in automotive manufacturing.
* Male, maximum 24 years old.
* SMK graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive studies.
* Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Minimum height of 165cm with excellent physical health.
* Execute component assembly tasks strictly following established work instructions.
* Conduct visual quality checks on all components.
* Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery and work tools.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Implement 5S methodologies within the production area.
4. Quality Control (QC) Inspector
The QC Inspector ensures that every product leaving our facility meets our rigorous industry standards.
* Male, SMK graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive studies.
* Prior experience in a Quality Control position.
* In-depth knowledge of motorcycle production processes, specifically alloy wheel assembly.
* Proficient in maintaining quality records and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
* Perform incoming raw material inspections as well as in-process and outgoing quality checks.
* Analyze and troubleshoot non-conforming (NG) parts.
* Manage the handling of non-conforming items.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all quality-related processes.
