1. Accounting Supervisor (Surabaya)
This role is essential for ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the fiscal health of our trucking operations and maintain rigorous bookkeeping standards.
* Manage administrative duties for trucking operations and oversee operational payments.
* Process invoices, facilitate billing cycles, and conduct financial transaction reconciliations.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports, tax filings, and company bookkeeping.
* Administer payroll, tax compliance, and supporting financial documentation.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
* Proven professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of Indonesian taxation.
* High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
2. Mechanic Helper (Surabaya)
We are looking for hands-on individuals to support the maintenance and reliability of our heavy-duty trucking fleet.
* Assist with the inspection, repair, and routine maintenance of company trucks.

* Coordinate the procurement and retrieval of parts required for mechanical work.

* Handle the administration and data entry of waybills (surat jalan).
* Generate operational invoices for the finance department.
* Manage and request operational inventory supplies.
* Verify data regarding routes, travel allowances, and truck loading schedules.
* Diploma (D3) in any major; background in Logistics or Transportation Management is highly preferred.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Highly organized, communicative, and capable of working under strict deadlines.
4. Export-Import Staff (Jakarta)
Our Jakarta office is looking for an experienced professional to navigate the complexities of international trade and regulatory compliance.
* Manage end-to-end export-import processes in compliance with current regulations.
* Prepare and verify all documentation required for cross-border shipping.
* Liaise with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
* Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely arrival at final destinations.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a related field.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Export-Import Staff.
