The selected candidate will take charge of daily operational workflows and strategic human resource initiatives, including:
* Payroll & Compliance: Handling monthly payroll calculations accurately, which includes managing national social security schemes (BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) alongside income tax (PPh 21) obligations.
* Data Management: Maintaining meticulous physical and digital employee records while ensuring timely, regular updates.
* Immigration Processing: Managing comprehensive immigration procedures for foreign workers—ranging from the initial RPTKA application down to ITAS issuance, alongside handling local police notifications (STM) and civil registry processes (SKTT).
* Lifecycle Administration: Overseeing administrative procedures for new onboarding, staff resignations, and internal employee transfers.
