## Career Opportunity: Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher)

Core Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the safety and efficiency of our flight operations. Your duties will include:
* Compiling and preparing all data and information required by aviation regulations to dispatch aircraft.
* Analyzing flight data to ensure safe dispatch and filing ATC Flight Plans in strict compliance with aviation authorities.
* Confirming that all scheduled crew members are informed and prepared prior to flight commencement.
* Supervising the performance of ground handling agents and representing company standards at the airport.
* Coordinating seamlessly with airport authorities and relevant aviation agencies.
* Managing and updating all company manuals and documentation essential for flight operations.
* Generating comprehensive monthly flight operation reports.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum SMA, D3, or S1 degree.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience within the aviation industry.
* Certification: Must possess an active and valid FOO License.
* Skills: Strong computer literacy and fluency in English.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at any of our flight routes, with a specific requirement for availability in TJQ, PLM, and DJJ.
