## Available Positions: Operator Roles (Outsourcing via PT Hutama Karya Anugerah Persada)
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:
1. Operator Packer
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of presentation and quality. Key responsibilities include:
* Executing product packaging processes strictly according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Ensuring all packed goods are neat, secure, and ready for distribution.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
2. Operator Pallet Mover
This role is essential for the efficient flow of our logistics and production lines. Responsibilities include:
* Operating pallet moving equipment in full compliance with safety protocols.
* Transporting materials safely, accurately, and efficiently across the facility.
* Conducting routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and workplace safety.
## Required Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high operational standards, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Physical & Mental Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent health and capable of performing manual labor.
* Professional Traits: High levels of discipline, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Collaboration: A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
* Schedule Flexibility: Readiness to work in a rotating shift system.
* Experience: Prior experience as a packing or production operator is considered a significant advantage.
* Special Requirement for Pallet Mover: Candidates must possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) certification registered with TemanK3. Previous experience in pallet movement operations is preferred.
* Safety Standards: A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (K3) procedures is mandatory.
